Full-Time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with advanced injectable experience and the clinical confidence to contribute to a high-performing aesthetic practice.
This role is for a Nurse Practitioner who already treats with confidence and wants to grow inside an established, design-led medical aesthetics practice. You'll lead consultations, build treatment plans across injectables and skin, and help set the clinical standard for the KSBW patient experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Active Maryland NP license
- Advanced injectable experience
- Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills
- Clinical leadership capabilities
- Patient-focused sales mindset
- Full-time availability
In this role
- Lead private consultations and design multi-modality treatment plans
- Perform neuromodulator, dermal filler, and facial balancing treatments
- Support clinical protocols, documentation, and patient safety standards
- Mentor team members and contribute to ongoing clinical education
- Partner on retention, membership, and treatment-plan follow through
