I'm just as protective of what I won't do. Here are the must-nots I share with every client, the habits and shortcuts that quietly undo good work.

Don't chase volume

More is not better. Overfilling distorts the very proportions we work so hard to balance. The most elegant results come from doing less, more precisely, and knowing when to stop.

Don't skip SPF or aftercare

Skipping sunscreen is the fastest way to waste an investment. The same goes for ignoring aftercare instructions after a peel, laser session, or microneedling. Results live or die in the days that follow.

Don't trust trends over training

Social media trends and discount-driven 'deals' are not a plan. Your face deserves trained medical professionals, not a chase for whatever is viral this month. When in doubt, slow down and consult.
