K's Daily Rituals
The founder's morning-to-night routine, and the injectable and skin philosophy behind looking effortless on camera.

People ask me what I actually do every day to look like this. The honest answer is restraint and routine, not a drawer full of products. Here is how I move from morning to night, and the philosophy I bring to every client chair at our Harbor East, Baltimore studio, pairing skincare with treatments like HydraFacial, microneedling, and peels.
Morning: protect first, perfect later
My morning is short by design. A gentle cleanse, a vitamin-rich serum on damp skin, and SPF before anything else. If you take one thing from my routine, let it be daily sunscreen, it protects the work we do with injectables and lasers and keeps results looking refined for longer.
I keep makeup minimal because the goal is great skin, not heavy coverage. When your base is healthy, you need less of everything.
Midday: the maintenance mindset
I treat beauty like a plan, not a panic. Subtle, well-timed injectables, neuromodulators to soften expression lines, a touch of filler for balance, keep me camera-ready without ever looking 'done.' The artistry is in proportion, never volume for volume's sake.
This is exactly how I build plans for clients: strategic, spaced out, and tailored so the results read as you, simply rested and refined.
Evening: repair and reset
Night is when skin does its work. I double-cleanse, layer a retinoid a few nights a week, and seal everything with a barrier-supporting moisturizer. Once a month I add a professional treatment, a HydraFacial, a peel, or microneedling, to keep texture and tone honest.
Sleep is the most underrated treatment of all. I protect mine like an appointment.

Good to know
Do I really need sunscreen every day?
Yes. Daily SPF is the single highest-return habit for protecting injectable, laser, and skin results and preventing premature aging, even on cloudy days and indoors near windows.
How often should I get professional treatments?
Most clients do beautifully with one professional treatment a month, a HydraFacial, peel, or microneedling, layered between maintenance injectables that are spaced out across the year.
