Vacation photos last forever. Here is K.'s personal pre-vacation beauty checklist, timed treatment by treatment.

Editorial travel beauty still life with skincare and sunglasses in warm golden light

Vacation photos last forever. That's why many of my patients ask what treatments they should schedule before traveling. Here's my personal pre-vacation beauty checklist.

Four weeks before

This is the ideal time for treatments like Botox.

By the time you leave, your results are fully settled and looking their best.

Two to three weeks before

This is often the sweet spot for filler treatments.

Any swelling has resolved, and your results look natural and refined.

One to two weeks before

HydraFacials and skin treatments can help brighten the complexion and create that healthy vacation glow.

The week of

Hydration becomes my focus. I increase water intake, prioritize sleep, and keep my skincare routine simple.

My vacation philosophy

The goal isn't looking different. The goal is looking refreshed.

The best aesthetic treatments enhance your confidence so you can spend less time worrying about your appearance and more time enjoying your experience. When you feel good, it shows in every photo.

The goal isn't looking different. The goal is looking refreshed. When you feel good, it shows in every photo.

Good to know

How far in advance should I get Botox before a trip?

About four weeks before. This gives your results time to fully settle so you look your best by the time you leave.

When should I schedule filler or a HydraFacial before vacation?

Filler is best two to three weeks out so any swelling resolves, and a HydraFacial one to two weeks before brightens the complexion for a healthy glow.
